The number of lawsuits based upon the Americans with Disabilities Act have increased in the last decade. A lawsuit filed in federal court lawsuit by Yaroslav Suris is certainly one of the more unique cases based upon this law.
Mr. Suris has sued a popular pornography website, Pornhub, alleging that he is deaf and hearing impaired and is unable to understand the audio portion of the videos. He has sued and has asked the court to pay him damages and require that Pornhub add closed-captioning to its videos.
In response, Pornhub states that it does have a closed captions category. It would appear that this case has reached its climax and is should be concluded.
