Did Kevin Federline fail to pay for his children’s private school? The school claims he did and has filed a lawsuit against him.
According to the lawsuit, Kevin Federline, who was once married to Britney Spears, has an outstanding balance for the private schooling at West Valley Christian in Los Angeles for two of his his children, which now totals $15,593.
According to the lawsuit, Federline and his wife signed a payment contract when their kids began going to the school in August 2018, but the school claims it has not received payment from Federline since May 2019.
The school claims that Federline “breached the agreement by failing to pay for services which had been provided on credit at their special instance and request.”
