Homeowners’ Association Sues over Homeowners’ “Work of Art”

A resident of Il Regalo Circle in Naples, Florida thought he was an artist and decided to give the outside of his home a makeover by “splash painting” the entire exterior, landscaping, vehicles, and mail boxes. Geoffrey Liebman, the homeowner of this $500,000 house, does not live in the home any longer as he has been arrested on drug charges.

His neighbors are upset and believe his house is a nuisance. The city and county won’t do anything, and as a result, the homeowners’ association is now suing Liebman.

As a result of Liebman’s artistry, the posh community now looks a little less posh.
